Average Shipping Times

On average you can expect your shipment to arrive in 10-20 days. Tracking is available shortly after your product has been ordered. Delays in shipping may occur. For any disputes or delays in shipping times please email support@atacollections.net and we will respond to your inquiries.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs of $11.99 are added to final costs.

 Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
